Behavior Plan

Above the Line Chart

Providing a school climate that is safe and conducive to learning is a top priority for all at Kasson-Mantorville Elementary School. Students are encouraged and recognized for positive behavior, focusing on treating others the way you would like to be treated. Our goal is to communicate clear expectations for students, identify and teach appropriate behaviors and hold students responsible for their choices.

The two core expectations at K-M Elementary are Be Respectful and Be Responsible.  All students are instructed in what these skills look like in all common areas of our building. All staff at K-M strive to maintain high expectations for behavior with the use of consistent language and instruction in expected behaviors in order to support student success as well as a positive school wide climate.
